Forgot one thing
One possible way, select the ranges in A and B where you need to the
previous entry copied down so in your posted example select A1:B4, press F5,
click
special and select blanks, click OK to select the blanks
then type = and press up arrow once and finally press
ctrl + enter
....

After confirming it went OK select the range again and copy and paste
special
as values in place to remove the equal sign (aka formula)
