To start with...........you cannot adjust one cell vertically.

You have to adjust an entire row at a time.

What are you attempting to do?

I don't understand the "see 1/2 of one cell and 1/2 of another cell"

To answer your question about the scroll lock.................it is the key
at upper right with "Pause, Break and ScrLk"
