I use Excel to make charts, that I cut and paste and post to a website

I would like to have the charts update automatically on the website, when I
update the data.

Currently, I keep the excel spreadsheets locally, open them, update the
data, copy the chart, delete the chart on the website, using MS Expression
Web, then I paste the new chart into the page.

There has to be an easier way?
