i.e.:
Suppose your two values are in A1, and A2
A3: =ABS(A1-A2)/A2
or
A3: =ABS(A1-A2)/A1
percent difference between two of 33658.60 ~ 33.25%
percent difference between two of 44850.00 ~ 24.95%
