The sign , seems to be ; in my language, even if I have the english versjon.

As an example, using English function names
=INDEX(Sheet2!C2:C20,MATCH(1,(name=Sheet2!A2:A20)* (weeknum=Sheet2!B2:B20),0))
which is an array formula, it should be committed with Ctrl-Shift-Enter, not
just Enter.
Excel will automatically enclose the formula in braces (curly brackets), do
not try to do this manually.
When editing the formula, it must again be array-entered.
and adjust the ranges to suit
