Default HOW TO MAKE VERTICAL COLUMN HEADINGS

Highlight the headings then click on Format | Cells | Alignment tab,
and then on the right hand side you can click on the clock icon to
arrange the orientation to 90 degrees, then OK.

In future, please do not SHOUT.
