I wanted to avoid a huge process for this activity. I am using a macro to
sequence and archive labels in excel for box storage purposes (100-150 boxes
per month). I created a form to input data into the Excel spreadsheet. Will
Word allow me to use a form for data input? will I be able to run the macro?
I think that this may become a big mess which is why I wanted to stay away
from mailmerge and/or word. I just wich that I coul print a small labe from
excel-It would be so nice.

Excel is not well-suited to printing labels. The best way is to keep the
data within Excel but use Word's label tools to get the data from Excel and
print the labels. Word is designed to support labels, but Excel is not.

Is there any type of label maker that is compatable with excel? I seems
like
we should be able to plug one in - and print a formatted selection
directly
from excel to the label printer. I have been told that the DYMO printers
all
require data entry and a separate program. I don't want to use mail merge
either. I want to keep it simple so that I can highlight a formatted area
and
PRINT-SELECTION directly to the label printer. Any Ideas?
Thanks:
