Default Copying Color-Coded Text and Pasting it in that format to Word

Yes thank you, I have looked at removing the gridlines, but did not think
about making the background white. This will help, but it would have been
nice to know what has caused the problem, given the same version of the
software worked fine on an earlier laptop and my Student @ Teacher 2003
version at home brings the text across to Word in colour without having to
use the steps suggested.
