I'm not sure what Excel has to do with downloading you Cingular bill and
what you plan on doing with it. As far as the Headers are concern you can
add Headers but they won't display on the screen. Once the headers are
inserted you can view them by "Print Preview" or "Printing" them. Maybe it's
Microsoft Word is what you should be using.
