Enter a 1 in A1, now reselect A1 and hold down the shift key and click on
IV1 the last column. Now take the menu options EditFillSeries...The number
in IV1 should have incremented to 256... your answer!

It is 65536 rows by 256 columns, but why not go to an empty sheet and
press
Ctrl+arrow down for yourself... there's your answer!
