Assuming each column will have an entry and that, unlike your posted message
looks, there will not be extraneous blank spaces before or after an entry...

If there can be extraneous blank spaces, then use this instead....

E2: =TRIM(A2)&"_"&TRIM(B2)&"_"&TRIM(C2)&"_"&TRIM(D2)&" .html"
