You could do this with a pivot table. There are instructions in Excel's
Help, and Jon Peltier has information and links:

For example, to get top 25 customers, put customers in the row area, and
sales in the data area.
Right-click the Customers button
Choose Field Settings
Click the Advanced button
For 'Top 10 AutoShow', select On
Set Show to Top 25
Click OK, click OK

Viewed subtotals (level 2)
Copied Visible cells to another sheet
Doing this cuts the ties to the address information in the original sheet.
How can this be done against the original information?
