We have a spreadsheet that when a specific column is included in a selected
range, the sorting tools are disabled. The problem column can be sorted by
itself and the surrounding columns can be sorted when it is not included in
the selection. The problem column also is surrounded by a blue border that
can be resized like a drawn object.
