Default add column into another column?

I assume you mean beginning in Row 4... I'm afrad there isn't any way
of doing this, as far as I know. What you can do, however, is to
merge cells C1:D1, C2:D2, and C3:D3. If the rest of columns C and D
remain unmerged, this may do what you want it to do. To merge cells,
highlight e.g. C1:D1, and go to 'Format cells' (CTRL+F1 is a handy
shortcut for this). On the 'Alignment' tab, select 'Merge cells'.
