You could create the hyperlink with something like this:

?subject=Sales for " &
TEXT(TODAY()-0.25,"d-mmm"),"Send Sales")

This will give the date of 6 hours earlier.
Alternatively if you have a cell containing the date you want you could
use that in place of TODAY()-0.25
