Default Creating a stacked column graph

First set up the data, or you will be wasting your time. Here is a typical
"good" layout:

Y1 Y2 Y3 Y4 Y5
X Label 1 ## ## ## ## ##
X Label 2 ## ## ## ## ##
X Label 3 ## ## ## ## ##
X Label 4 ## ## ## ## ##

The top left cell is blank.

Select this data, create the chart, select stacked column type, choose
series in columns. Don't use a 3D chart type; it will be difficult to
interpret.

volume on the vertical. Collapse data points into:Closed (3 closed
status values), New, In Progress (In Progress + Ready for Build +
Ready for Release), Ready for Test. Split the columns by severity.

Please help me with this one.How to go about creating this graph and
how can i insert the values into X,Y and Z axis.
