I need to return cell that are blank or within a date range
Col A Col B Col C
1 Red 11/7/8 Red
2 Green Green
3 Black 30/6/8

So if Col B is between 1/7/8 and 31/07/08 or blank return Col A in column C
Answer C1 = Red, C2 = Green, C3 = Blank
