Default Numbers will not format properly

Excel's precision is 15 decimal digits.
If you need more and don't have to calculate with them (like credit card numbers); precede the entry with an apostrophe (that will
not show in the cell) or format the cell as text before entering the number.

|I can't seem to get my number to display properly in my cell. I have a 16
| digit number: 4185866472006934 without decimals or commas. When I format
| the cell to general I get this: 4.51259E+15
| When I format the cell to number with no decimals I get this: 4185866472006930
| I even tried to fomat the cell to special but the number appears twice in
| the cell. This is really frustration because I've never had this problem
| before. By the way I'm working with Exel 2003.
