csv files crashing
Might be a video issue. I suggest you make sure all the video drivers are up
to date both Microsoft's and the video card manufacturer's.
For Microsoft, do the regular Microsoft Update.
For your video card, go to the manufacturer's website. Have your video card
model number handy so you can download the latest for that model.
Assuming you have all the updates, perhaps your video card is very
under-performing and can't keep up with you. Therefore see if you can get
away with lowering the window display screen size, use a lower color
resolution, turn off some Windows options such as fade effects and anything
that will make your video work faster with less overhead.
If your Windows options, display screen size, and color resolution must
remain as they are, then I suggest you upgrade your system to a video card
with a lot more horsepower and video memory capacity.

Using Office 2007. While working in a csv file, if I move too fast (i.e.
scroll down) the document crashes with an "Excel has encountered a problem
and needs to close" error. Plenty of memory. SP1 installed.
Workaround is to convert to xls or xlsx and then resave as csv as required
by vendor but should I have to?
Thanks for any help.
