I didn't look at the picture, but you can do this:

Tools|customize (again, just so that dialog is visible)
rightclick on the "autofit selection"
You can change the the icon there
You can change it to the default style

There's a few options you may want to play with.

But you could add an icon to your favorite toolbar:

Tools|customize (just to show that dialog)
now click on Format, then column, then ctrl-drag "autofit selection" to your
favorite toolbar.

ctrl-drag copies that icon. If you just drag it, you'll be moving it.
