I want your help regarding some excel work.

Friends, I have a table of 10000 feedback records of various people.In
this table some records are duplicates but their dates is different.
What is want that I have to add a new column in this table to show the
latest record of a particular. e.g.

Date SrNo Name
FeedbackCmt. Status
(ddmmyyyy)

Akki abddsddfffdfd NotLatest
02/04/2008 2

I have to design a function for getting the latest record status of a
particular in Status field.
