how to make quickly a bubble chart with 3 dimension. e.g. value (size of 1
bubble), meters (horizontal) and potention (vertical). And this for a
database of 100 lines. So 100 times value / meters / potention in 1 bubble
chart.

I can only do this line by line. I would like to do this once.
