I have the following data (sample):

Code , Code Description, Charges , Counter
1 ABC $20.00
1 ABC $25.00
One code can appear several times with different charges. I want to add a
counter, so that i know how many times the code is repeating. Tried using
Count, Countif it didnt work. any suggestions?
