Default VLOOKUP with INDIRECT

Yeah your formula works perfect my lookup was referencing the wrong cell.

Should have been this instead.

=VLOOKUP($O$63,INDIRECT("'" & $A$43 & "'!A3:AB30"),5,0)

you're looking up the sheet name (A43) on the sheet named
in A43? That's what your formula is doing.
