formula increment
Here is a non-volatile offering...
=INDEX(G$1:G$1001,12*ROWS($1:1)-11)
Set the top end on the G$1:G$1001 range to suit your needs.

How do you increment a formula by 12? I have some data that I can copy
and
paste in excel, and the info I want appears on every 12th row. So, I want
to
be able to paste it, and create a formula that will automatically pull
whatever values are in G1, G13, G25, and so on. Thanks!
