Default Excel 2003 errors when opening Excel 2007 document
I have users withe Excel 2003 SP2 and SP3 and they are not able to open Excel
2007 files. They have the compatibility pack downloaded from Microsoft. Error
is the converter failed to open the file. This pops up and you hit ok and it
closes. The file does not open.
