There's a procedure for doing this at <a
href="http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA010964231033.aspx?pid=CL100626971033"Microsoft
Office Online</a. To find this, I typed "Import contacts from Excel" into
the "Type a question for Help" box in Outlook.
