I need help with 2 formulas:

The first
IF E39<600 E44 is the sum of E39 + E43 AND if E39 is equal to or greater
than 600 then E44 is zero.

Second
IF E39 is =600 E49 is the sum of e39+E39 x .08 AND if E39 is <600 E49 is
zero.
