1. In a spare column, use the formula =upper(a1) where A is the column with
the names.
2. Copy down the length of the column.
3. Highlight this column.
4. Right-click on the column, choose Copy.
5. Right-click on the column with names, choose Paste Special... Values
6. Delete the spare column.
