I have tried this however when I click on selected data series, There is not
an axis tab. In fact when I click on selected data series, a box named
"format data series" pops up. In the box, I get access to the following tabs:
Patterns ; Shape; Data Labels; Series Order; and Options. Am I doing
something wrong? Thanks again for your help.

You have to plot one data series in the Main Axis (on the left side - the
default) and the other data series in the Secondary Axis ( on the right
side).

So, one axis will have its scale in numbers and the other one in
percentages.

Try the following...

Select one of the data series clicking in one of its columns.
In the Format Menu, choose Data Series Selected.
Choose the Axis Tab.
Click in the Secondary Axis BOX
Click OK.

This probably will solve your problem.

Help!!! I am a chart virgin!! I cant seem to figure out how to get 2 sets
of
data that have differant measurement units on one chart. I have to create
a
chart that has whole numbers for call volume and percentages for service
level. I want both of these on a bar graph. I have tried using the help
screens that tell me to click on the second series and go to format/Data
series. I have tried this however Data series is not an option showing
under
format. I only get the option for Selected data Labels and Sheet. I am
using
microsoft excel 2003. Thanks for taking the time to read this and if you
