Have you tried selecting the cells button(above 1 and to left of A)format
rowheight.

the file both wide and tall. Other files he sends are usually fine.

I'm wondering if it is shrunk so small that I can't expand it. (Honey, I
shrunk the worksheet?)

If I type in the cell numbers (ex: A1, B1, etc.) I can see the values.
Just
can't see the worksheet.
