I have two columns, one with either the letter R or F. In the other column
there are various numbers (volumes). I need a formula that tells me how to
add up all the volumes associated with R (or of course F)

eg

Vol F/R
6 F
8 F
12 R
98 F
27 R

etc

Can you help please
