Default HOW DO I: Automatically colour a row according to cell content.

Highlight the cells you would like this to affect. Under the "home" tab, you
will see styles click on "conditional formatting". Click on "highlight cells
rule". Then click on "text that contains", there you will be able to type
what the text is you want, in your case: NIS, NQ, NI, WR, then in the box
next to it, you can choose what color or style you want. Repeat this for
different cells and the different text or colors.

Hope this helps.

I'm trying to find a way to have a row's data range be automatically
coloured/patterned according to data I enter in a cell.

Examples: I have a column called "Action", and when I enter certain data
into the cell under this column I'd like the data row to automatically colour
(such as grey when I enter any of these: NIS, NQ, NI, WR
yellow when I enter any of these: LM, NA, CB, DO)
