For your equation to work, A2:A6 must contain the y-values and B2:B6 the
x-values.
The text at the top of your numbers must NOT be included
I bet you have them the other way - since the other way is what we want for
charts
So use =SLOPE(B...., A.....)
But this does not explain the error you report - did you tell us everything?
