I have two lists of names in two separate worksheets. Both worksheets are
set up so that Col A contains the last names and Col B the first names. I
need to delete any names in the second worksheet that are not in the first
worksheet. I do not want any changes made to the first worksheet.

The first worksheet will contain some names not on the second worksheet.
But, all of the names in the second worksheet must be in the first worksheet.
