User gets an Outlook e-mail with a spreadsheet attached, she opens in in
Excel 2003 and it opens just fine. She clicks on FileSave Ashourglass
spins for "hours" and it does not save.

Have checked for "over quota" on the domain by deleting items from My
Documents and the Desktop to no avail.
