I have the following data in 3 columns

TOP LIGHT 1
TOP LAMP 1
TOP PAPER 1
BOTTOM BULB 5
BOTTOM SCREW 4
BOTTOM LIGHT 2
BOTTOM LAMP 8
BOTTOM PAPER 7


I want to be able to first match against the value in column a then find the
match in column b once it finds both match then return the result of column
3.
