Here's one way

=SUMPRODUCT((A1:A100=D1)*(B1:B100=D2)*(B1:B100<=D 3)*(C1:C100))

Where
D1= organisation name
D2= date of 1st day of the month to sum
D3 =date of last day of month to sum
