Default PIVOT TABLE SUB TOTALS FOR CUSTOM CALCULATED FIELDS
Upon inserting an additional custom in the pivot table displaying the results
of Field1 minus Field2 the new field created doesn't show the segment
subtotals?

How 2 overcome this trouble.
