I did not understand what you mean by set up. . I asume you mean it to be
format
try this

1. go to your original file press ctr+A (Select all)
2. press ctr+c (copy)
3. go to the new file
4. press ctr+v (paste)
5. press del key ( it will delete all data)

what you get is the format of the original file without any data in it !
