- My report has a 'Data(Raw)' tab and 'Dashboard' tab.
-I'm trying count the date values located at 'DATA (RAW)'!BH:BH but only if
it is less than, greater than and equal to value located on Dashboard tab
cell "AD3" (AD3 is equal to today's date)

I'm trying to use the following statements:

=COUNTIF('DATA (RAW)'!BH:BH,"<AD3")
=COUNTIF('DATA (RAW)'!BH:BH,"AD3")
=COUNTIF('DATA (RAW)'!BH:BH,"=AD3")

This is not working for me. Can anyone assist?
