I am in need of a worksheet that tracks employee turnover for an entire
company. That works in Excel.

A template would be nice, or some type of explaination.

The one I have now works with lots of if statments, has a rolling 12 month
rate and tracks the numbers from year to year but it does not seem to be
working correctly.
