The Reviewing toolbar keeps appearing even after I have closed it. I don't
want to see it all the time so I close it but every time I open a file or
re-open Excel there it is again! It is so annoying! I want it to NOT be
displayed by default. How do I stop it appearing until/unless I open it when
I need it?
