Default complete blank cells

I'm not exactly sure what you want to do, but give this a try.
Select your data range with your mouse, hit Ctrl + g, then click 'Special',
click 'Blanks', Click OK, type the '=' sign, hit the up arrow key, hold down
the Ctrl key and then hit enter.
