Default Cross reference bookmarks in a Microsoft word document
Can I cross reference paragraph numbers (bookmarks in a MSWord document) into
an Excel worksheet? Can they be automatically updated if the paragraph
numbers in the MSWord document change? Any help will be appreciated.
