Default Excel is rounding numbers in ALL formats - how do I stop this?

No keyboard shortcut I am aware of for toggling FD on/off.

I found it! ToolsOptionsEditFixed decimal Places was checked. I
unchecked the box and everything is working fine. Must have done this with a
keyboard shortcut and not been aware of it.

Excel is rounding numbers - regardless of the number of digits or column

someone sends a worksheet to me that is working properly, when I open it and
add to it, the numbers are rounded. MAKE IT STOP!!!!
