I've done two spyware scans (Adware and MS Beta) and a virus scan. No malware
found, except tracking cookies. I've tried using Excel and nothing else, and
the error still occurs.

What other programs/processes are running in the background on this system?

: One of our users receives an error message that is similar to this: "Not
