Here is the my problem;

I have protected sheet and some cells are set to unprotected. I am using
Combobox to get data another sheet form the same workbook. When I choose
another value from the combobox, I got an error suggesting to unlock the
sheet then make slection. BTW, the target cell is unprotected. The
unprotected cells does accept keyboard entries, but not ComboBox changes.

I am using Excel 2002.

Any help would be grateful.
