what i would like to do is add any number under the 'no people' column, which
would then place a 1 under the relevent time for each person.
see below for example:

Time No People
10-11 2
11-12 3
between 10-11 there are 2 people working.
10am 11am
1 1 1 1
1
under 10am, there are 2 x 1 which equal 2people working.
are there any formulas to do this?
if so how do you apply them to different worksheets? ie mon, tue.
