You can't do that as part of your formula, but you can do it with
conditional formatting. Highlight the cells that this needs to be
applied to (for example, F2:F10) and click Format | Conditional
Formatting. Then in the Pop-up it should have selected Cell Value Is
in the first box, in the second box set it to Greater Than, and in the
3rd box enter 4. Then click on the Format button and click on Bold,
then click OK and OK again.
